Welcome to Coderix addiction therapy, the online home of Coderix medical clinic

Hello,

If you choose to visit Coderix Medical Clinic, you might be wondering if we are right for you. Coderix Medical Clinic is an addictions medicine clinic in downtown Toronto, located near the Queen and Yonge subway station. We are focused on helping people who are experiencing difficulties around opioid use. Some of the medications we use include methadone and buprenorphine (also known as Suboxone). We can also help you with alcohol and other substances if they are causing problems in your life.

Our practice is informed by ACT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. This is a type of therapy that guides people to develop new skills for dealing with difficult thoughts and feelings so that they have less impact over their lives. ACT encourages people to take values-guided, goal-directed steps towards lives that are more full, rich, and meaningful. It is based in behavioral science and is non-religious. We also use other well-established forms of therapeutic counseling. You can decide whether or not that is of interest to you, or if you prefer us to focus on helping you with medications.

We hope to have the privilege of caring for you.

Yours,

Request a call

A non-medical Coderix team member can give you a call back during regular working hours to provide you with general information about the clinic. Medical advice will still require a visit for assessment.

“The process of living is like taking a very long road trip. The destination may be important, but the journey experienced day to day and week to week is what is invaluable.”
